Owner Badge Verifications

Greetings, Kings Point!

As some of you may recall, Kings Point amenities badges are periodically updated to help ensure proper utilization of the amenities.

Badges for residents not listed on the property deed, as well as lessee badges, already have expiration dates and are verified before renewal—so those individuals do not need to participate in this process.

This update will focus solely on unit owner badges, which do not expire. Badge updates will be done by association, beginning August 18 through December 18, 2025. Open days are scheduled from January 5, 2026 through February 12, 2026 for those that missed their association scheduled day. Regardless of association, any unit owner may attend during the open days.

After careful consideration, we’ve developed a new approach that achieves the same goal with less stress and lower cost to the community.

This mandatory update will include:

  • Verifying and updating your contact information
  • Adding a new custom verification sticker to your existing owner’s badge

Both the verification stickers on owner badges and the expiration dates on non-owner badges will help Security quickly identify current Kings Point residents when accessing amenities and clubhouses.

Our goal is to make this process as smooth and convenient as possible for everyone. Please review the important details below and refer to the association schedule to find out when and where to update your owner’s badge.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: What if I’m not available to attend my association’s scheduled date?

A: You may visit the Main Clubhouse Business Office or Box Office during regular business hours beginning August 18th to update your contact information and receive your verification sticker—or you may visit the Vesta table during one of the open dates (click on the image for the association schedule).

Q: I reside outside of Kings Point for part of the year. When can I update my badge?

A: Seasonal (snowbird) unit owners who are away during their scheduled date can attend one of the open days or visit the KPCH Business Office or Box Office during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) upon returning to Kings Point.

Q: I’m a homeowner with a lessee currently renting from me, and my badge is on file at the Business Office. Do I still need to update my badge?

A: Yes. You still need to attend on your scheduled date or one of the open days. The Vesta team will have your badge ready to verify your contact information and apply the sticker.

Q: I am currently leasing (renting) and have an expiration date on my badge. Should I attend these events?

A: No. You do not need to attend. Your badge is updated by the Business Office upon lease renewal.

Q: I live in Kings Point but do not own or lease. My badge has an expiration date under my photo. Do I need to attend?

A: No. Your residency is verified annually, and your badge is updated accordingly.

Q: I am an owner with an old badge and the photo is unclear. Can I get a new badge?

A: Yes. If your badge is damaged (won’t scan) or the photo is hard to see, you may receive a complimentary replacement badge with an updated photo and verification sticker from the KPCH Business Office or Box Office.

Q: I work during the day. When can I get my badge updated?

A: We’ve scheduled several weekend and after-hours dates to accommodate working residents. Please refer to the schedule for specific dates and times.

Q: Can someone else update my badge for me (e.g., a family member, spouse, or caretaker)?

A: If you are unable to update your badge in person, please contact Tosha Salinas (KPCH Manager) at [email protected].
